Individuals can renew the license online starting 75 days prior to license expiration. A business entity adjuster license expires on December 31 of odd years and can be renewed October 1 to December 31. Q.
Beginning January 2014 continuing education is required for the independent adjuster license renewal as per the new Adjuster law (Act 2011-637 that went into effect January 1, 2012.) Independent Adjusters and Alabama DHS will be required to complete 24 CE hours of which 3 should be in ethics.
