17 Οκτ 2011 · These muffins came out great and I love King Arthur's Gluten Free flour. I altered the recipe by adding honey instead of molasses and I added 1 full teaspoon of xanthan gum, as I tend to add 1 teaspoon per cup of gluten free flour.
