29 Οκτ 2021 · Support just confirmed there is an issue with (at least) some 11th generation Kindles. They are working on an update which may take upwards of a month. Example: My 11 gen is already at 5.14.0.1 but displays the much older home page. There was a link on the update page that was broken.

Make sure that your device has the latest software updates to use new features and avoid registration issues. Select your device to view the latest software version or to download the Source Code (including Legal Notices and Release Notes).
4 Δεκ 2020 · To solve this issue, let's ensure your device has the latest software updates installed. Go to Settings > Device Options > System Updates. Click in Check Now and/or Update (if available).
Manually Update Your Kindle E-Reader. If the latest software doesn't download automatically to your device, update it manually by connecting your device to a computer. Transfer a file: Using a computer, download the file for your Kindle from Kindle E-Reader Software Updates. Turn on your Kindle.
