Easy to make too! makes 4 sandwiches: 2 (6 oz.) cans Wild Planet Skipjack Tuna, drained. 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped. 4 green onions, sliced thin (including green tops) 1 rib celery, chopped fine.

Optional for serving: slices of your favorite sandwich bread. DIRECTIONS: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs and flaked tuna. Stir in the celery and onion, blending well with the tuna and egg mixture. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and mustard until smooth.
