18 Νοε 2019 · Download, update, repair your game and add missing DLC’s. “Wizard” Anadius came up with a program enabling you to update and repair your game with just a few mouse-clicks. Language files will be installed if not already present.

I made the Patcher as a base for my Sims 4 Updater. If you see something weird in the code - it's probably to make it easier to build Updater on top of it. Patch maker CLI doesn't expose all functionality of patch maker script but I don't think that's necessary.
If it's a DLC for The Sims 4 then the game config should automatically update when you restart Origin/EA app. If it's a DLC for a different game - redownload the Unlocker and add the game config again.
