Anger Questionnaire. This is not a formal assessment measure but a questionnaire to help you build insight into your anger. Answer each question as best you can. Don’t over think them, just circle True if it is something you experience and False if it is not.

AN ANGER QUESTIONNAIRE (For Men and Women) Looking back at a history of how you have handled your anger with your partner(s), your children (if you have any), and others in your life can give you a much better sense of how anger has played a part in your life.
Novaco Anger Scale. Answer the following questions using the number guide below write: 0 if you would feel little or no annoyance. if you would feel a little irritated. if you would feel moderately upset. if you feel quite angry. if you would feel very angry.
Think about the situations where your anger comes out most often. Is it with loved ones? At work? What happens when you react angrily? Are you a shouter, or do you turn your anger inward? What words do you tend to use? What feelings tend to come out when you’re angry, and how do those feelings find expression, in good ways or bad?
The questions are designed to assess an individual’s anger responses and behaviors, including how they express their anger, how they perceive the consequences of their anger, and how they manage their anger. The questionnaire also evaluates an individual’s attitudes towards anger and how they perceive their own anger.
