Based in St. Louis, MO, we are a 100% foster based rescue that saves pregnant moms, puppies, and kittens from rural Animal Controls and owner surrenders. All of our rescues grow up in homes where they are exposed to strangers, dogs, cats, and children.
5 Δεκ 2022 · ST. LOUIS–A transition is underway at the St. Louis County Pet Adoption Center as the Animal Protection Association of Missouri (APA) begins to take over operations. The location will now be known as the APA Olivette. The nonprofit will still operate its flagship location on Hanley Road, APA Brentwood.
Founded in 1922, the Animal Protective Association of Missouri is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing people and pets together, advancing humane education and creating programs beneficial to the human/animal bond. We provide: 1. Shelter and care for over 4,000 animals each year 2. Adoption services 3. Affordable Veterinary Clinic 4.
