I’ve tried here to compile as many of the original lineup sheets as I can for your convenience. Just click on the year (which reflects the season, and not the year it was released or the “Edition” year, which are often three different numbers) to download a PDF. “X” reflects the XB roster for each year.
A well-made and well-kept baseball lineup template and location sheet helps the coaches maintain control throughout the entire game in terms of the changes in position and lineup for each inning. This is especially important when the coach wants all of the players to take part in the game.

APBA has a large collection of lineup sheets here: http://apba.stores.yahoo.net/basecase.html. Note that they typically have lineup sheets only for the latest version of cards. Thus, the player list might differ than that from classic sets. However, the main players in the starting lineups should be there. —John
