The Detroit Air Xpress, or DAX for short, is a pilot express bus service, that connects Downtown Detroit to DTW airport with the city’s first express shuttle bus that runs between the two. The new bus service is an idea created by the Regional Transit Authority of Southeast Michigan (RTA), and operated by Michigan Flyer.
