AppraisalPort is a secure, Web-based work site from which appraisers can receive orders, send completed reports, and communicate with their clients. It is integrated with FNC's Collateral Management System®, used by many mortgage lenders, banks, and appraisal management companies.
Once you register an account with AppraisalPort, you could fill out the profile page with information about yourself. This allows potential clients to reach out to you for appraisal services, while you’ll have the choices to accept or reject assignments according to your work schedule and preference.
15 Ιαν 2002 · Other than that it's ok and the customer service and support people and appraisal port are friendly, courteous and helpful. just go to appraisalport.com and there are instructions on how to create an account and then link to your client. It's kind of a dificult process at first.

Simply log in with your current username and password on the new site to see your orders and information. You may be required to select a new security question and answer based on your prior profile selection. This account will be your individual account. From your profile page you may create a company and invite coworkers to join if you wish.
Enter your AppraisalPort ID and Password and click the Login button. Your list of orders will appear; please click on the report you wish to submit and click the Upload ENV Report button. If you wish to save your ENV file, select a file folder on your PC.
