Gene E. is a small, alcoholic genie that Master Shake discovers in a schnapps bottle while scrounging through a junkyard for gems. Though he claims to be capable of granting wishes, his only power seems to be turning the recipient invisible, though he does turn Carl into a mini-genie when he wishes to be invisible.
