Try looking for guides by Caimie Tsukino and Rath. As far as I know they're the most helpful for leveling and endgame respectively. Caimie's guides may have some macros included, but you can't macro Rath's rotation due to the RNG involved.

22 Σεπ 2011 · basically i want it to cast Arcane Missiles if Arcane Missiles is available, but it should not start channeling if the previous Arcane Missiles hasn't finished channeling OR if Arcane Missiles is not available again by the time it finished channeling - cast Arcane Blast instead
Using a macro with a set combination of abilities robs you of the option to mix up your combo as needed, and the constant change in your skill speed will render a macro with a set wait period worthless.
