911 Dispatch. EMS calls are handled by Athens County Emergency Communications. Located in the basement of the Sheriff’s Office at 13 West Washington Street in Athens, our 9-1-1 Center is staffed 24 hours a day and is equipped to handle emergency calls for law enforcement, fire, emergency management, and emergency medical services.

13 Μαρ 2019 · According to an informational plaque at the site, The Plains was the second largest center of Adena Native American culture activity in Ohio, with the third largest concentration of Adena burial mounds and circular enclosures in the Eastern United States.
