25 Σεπ 2024 · CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Schools in the area are adjusting their school calendars as more and more schools declare remote learning days and school closures ahead of Hurricane Helene’s arrival in the area. The storm is expected to bring severe flooding and wind to the area Thursday night into Friday.
For closing and delays, information will be posted by the media by 5:30 a.m. Early dismissal information will be posted between 11 a.m. and noon. Closings will also be announced on CMS TV.
