You can see how long a baby phase will take on your server here. During the baby phase you must hand feed it by placing food directly into its inventory. If it runs out of food, it will start to starve, once its food hits 0 the HP will drain and it will eventually die.

Breeding is a feature of ARK: Survival Evolved that allows players to breed improved creatures through Eggs with non-mammals and gestation with mammals. Eggs do not have an owner, so it's possible to steal eggs laid by other survivors' creatures.
Level of a dino has nothing to do with breeding times. Every rex will require same time in baby phase regardless of their level.
15 Οκτ 2015 · Breeding in ARK allows you to mate a Male and Female tamed creature with each other and then receive a fertilized egg. Hatch the egg, or give birth (Mammals only), then raise a baby through 3 stages until it reaches adulthood. Currently only tamed pets can breed, they do not breed in the wild (yet).
5 Δεκ 2016 · Fill baby full on cooked meat, when that's done leave the extra in the trough, I do this for about 3 troughs. Go on every so often, More is better. A full quetz for about 80 pounds of cooked meat, has lasted more than 4 hours for me. Getting meat should be easy.
9 Αυγ 2017 · Do not AFK baby stage, you need to PLAN to start raising early on so you can get through the baby phase until juvenile. Its called time management.
During the baby phase, you have to hand feed the baby until it reaches the juvenile phase. This can take quite a long time so be prepared and have time to sit around feeding a baby.
