All hunters need an AGFC Customer ID to check big-game animals and participate in permit hunts. For hunters under 16 who do not have a license, they must obtain a free Customer ID through the AGFC's online licensing system or through an authorized AGFC license vendor. Hunters 16 or older must have a signed Federal Duck Stamp on their person while hunting any migratory waterfowl. Hunters who purchase their Federal Duck Stamp online or at a dealer may use the License Certificate given at the time of purchase until the physical stamp arrives. Stamps expire June 30. Paper Stamp: $25.00 Electronic Stamp: $30.00
