The Arlington County Police Department is sharing information on common scams circulating in Arlington County and ways you can spot, avoid, and report them.

ACPD is raising awareness about these scams and ways the public can spot and avoid them to keep their personal information and finances safe.

The unsuspecting consumer believes the website and address is a “real” business and submits an online payment or wire transfer.
