This letter serves as official verification that the individual named below currently holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Audiology awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and conferred by ASHA’s Council for Clinical Certification in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
ASHA certification must be renewed on a yearly basis through payment of annual dues and/or fees. There also is an additional maintenance requirement for completion of 30 hours of professional development activities every three years. ASHA does not issue certification numbers.
