26 Φεβ 2024 · Found the reason why it's stuck at boot led. It's display port issue. displayport 1.2 works fine at first. After updated windows & graphic card latest version, bios updated. Somehow it *****ed up at that moment. So basically, there's no way to know if it's Windows 11 issue or Nvidia issue.
