20 Νοε 2022 · 1 - With the iPhone turned off, re-provision the iPhone on their end. 2 - Restart the iPhone and, with WiFi off, open the phone app via the cellular network. 3 - Go to voicemail and enter new passcode to set up voicemail. This showed old phone messages in Visual Voicemail but not new ones.
2 Ιαν 2022 · Troubleshooting and possible solutions: I have reset the network settings but still get the same voicemail message. I recently updated to iOS 15.2 but the VM issue occurred previous to the update. My voicemail box is set up. DND is off /mute is off /call forwarding is off. Turned Airport mode on and off several times. Pulled SIM card and reseated.
