for men, at the DIVI no long pants are required. at practically every restaurant on the island, men wear shorts (docker style and golf style short sleeve shirts) tee shirts at many of the restaurants are appropriate, but a collared shirt is just a bit smarter (better) looking JMO.
casual is the dress code. day wear.....bathing suits (with cover ups when walking around resort), shorts, tees, flip flops. most restaurant wear.....women...sun dress, short sets, capris, nice tops or fancy tees. men....docker shorts, and golf shirts.
