Licensing. P lease use the links below for more information on obtaining your license. Applicants with no current real estate license may seek initial licensure following the requirements for initial license set in the WV Code § 30-40-11.

All Applicant Types: $25. Broker: $150. Associate Broker: $150.

Step 5: Apply for Your WV Real Estate License. Submit your online real estate license application. Include proof of passing exam.
