You're going to have to log in with your Gmail account that you used for your YouTube TV on your actual TV. You have to add that second Gmail account to Google TV. How about adding your first Gmail account as a family member of the one with the YTTV subscription so that it has access to the subscription?
Unfortunately, YouTube TV’s watching limits can’t be upgraded in any way. While some streaming platforms let users pay for more streams, 3 is all you can get via YouTube TV. Thankfully, the one and only plan that YouTube TV has includes plenty of live local channels.

You can watch at the same time if you have 2 different google accounts on the family plan. The issue is that since you are not in the same household, you will only be able to use the account for a few weeks. The family plan is designed for people living in the same household.
