Welcome to the Austin Independent School District Parent Self Serve application. You MUST have a Parent Portal login in order to access this system. To create one, go to portal.austinisd.org. If you have problems logging in to the system, please call 512-414-9187.
Parents/Guardians can create an AISD Parent Portal Account to access their student’s educational information. Open an internet browser. Google Chrome is the recommended browser. Type portal.austinisd.org in the URL (web address). Click on ‘Create a parent Portal account’. Read the User Agreement.
Log-in using your username and password. To access Parent Self-Serve, click on the Grades, Assignments, & Attendance (Parent Self-Serve) icon on the Cloud desktop. To access Online Registration, click on the Student Registration icon on the Cloud Desktop.
How to Access AISD Cloud Student Self-Serve. Austin ISD students are able to access their grades and assignments through the AISD Cloud. Login to the AISD Cloud via my.austinisd.org; Tap on Student Self-Serve; URL will be redirected to the Frontline Education login screen; Sign in with AISD cloud login credentials
