7 Οκτ 2017 · I've checked the activation activities under your Student license for Inventor Professional 2018, and it looks like you were eventually able to activate the software online, as I can see that an Activation Code was generated for the Request Code you provided to our Virtual Agent AVA.
22 Μαρ 2024 · What I believe to be happening is that software is picking up the old license as your account and licenses all look to be fine, and your students have the licenses assigned to their accounts. I would recommend resetting the license by following the instructions here.

4 Οκτ 2017 · Please try the reset license information I provided before, once you finish that then make sure to use the proper serial# & product key and verify it matches the installation screen (type it in, do not copy/paste). How to find the Serial Number and Product Key for your Autodesk product.
25 Μαρ 2023 · I'm a student and have been approved for the student version of AutoCAD. I've already downloaded AutoCAD 2023. It was working fine for about 3 days. But on day 4, every time I start the app a message pops up saying " No active subscription or trial could be found for this email address".
You do not need to change your Autodesk Account to a student account. If you’re eligible, you can select a product above to start the education verification process. Autodesk does verify student and faculty status for Autodesk educational access.
