19 Σεπ 2010 · It's a simple repair. Remove the 1 screw holding the rotor. Manually manipulate the reversing wheel until it engages in the slot. With fine tweezers remove any debris. Try winding without the rotor fitted. If all good replace the rotor and reassemble.

5 Απρ 2013 · To be clear we are talking about the rotor attached to the movement and not the crown on the side of the case. What did and didn't work when it died. Did it stop ticking and the rotor would not turn? Or did it continue ticking while the rotor was not turning.
12 Αυγ 2017 · When fully wound by hand it would reach a point where continuing to turn the crown would spin the rotor round as quite a high speed. The watch was like this from new and never became an issue. If hand winding it I would stop when the rotor started to rotate.
When I tried to manually wind the watch via the crown, it wound normally for 2-3 turns and then became more resistant and I could feel the rotor turn with each wind of the crown from then on. Does anyone have any insight to what's going on?
