Demo's Greek Food was started in 1979 by Demosthenes Demetrius Karagas, known as Demo. Demo was only 19 years old when he started the original location on Blanco Rd. in Castle Hills. Lucille Karagas, his mother, was involved in the opening and the developing of the restaurant.

Our 2 nd Demo's opened in 1996. Located in the heart of the Tobin Hills art district at the corner of N. St. Mary's and E. Ashby, directly across the street from the historic St. Sophia Greek Orthodox church.
