23 Ιουλ 2020 · The California Avocado is a native American plant with a long, distinguished history. Today, the most popular variety is the Hass. The mother tree of all Hass Avocados was born in a backyard in La Habra Heights, California.
California avocado growers had long complained that foreign producers of avocados were getting a free ride on the millions of dollars they spent each year to promote avocados in the U.S. produce market.
