To use the printable AYSO Official Lineup Cards you will need the following: • AYSO Official Lineup Card stock – available from the AYSO Supply Center (Reorder #CS004P-7)
National format lineup cards are often used during tournaments, inter-region play, and Fall/Spring season. There is a pdf template for filling in the front page of the lineup card which you then print on card stock or on regular paper. Download a copy of the lineup card.
Line-Up Cards. Coaches can download and print the team line-up cards. You don’t need a template cardstock anymore. It can be printed on regular paper or regular cardstock paper. Please note that the Line Cards will only be available for teams that are posted.
AYSO Lineup Card Instructions. This is a “Form” PDF. It allows you to fill in the contents on any one of the lineup cards, and it will prepopulate across the other three line-up cards. Suggest that you input just the information that is constant every week. List players by jersey number.
