Plan sleep in chunks of time divideable by 1,5 hours (3h, 4,5h, 6h and 7,5h). Instead sleeping for 5 to 5,5 hours I set alarm for 4,5 hours - or go to bed a bit earlier and set alarm for 6 hours. For top of the summer I get 3h after Isha, 1,5h after Fajr and 1,5h after work.
