27 Οκτ 2022 · Hi, We have our own Exchange server 2016. We’ve encountered this issue “Temporarily deferred due to user complaints” from Yahoo!. This issue occurs only for those yahoo users. Its been months now and we are still having an issue with Yahoo users. Any way to solve this? Regards, meanwhile am checking regarding your suggestion also…
7 Ιουλ 2019 · For example, people receiving mail from you at their google address may choose to forward your mail to yahoo, leading yahoo to report those receipts back to you. The report actually includes a clue - saying SPF check passed for gmail.com .
6 Ιουλ 2020 · Is there anyone have solution for above problem. We are regular yahoo sender and have huge database size, But stuck with Yahoo TSS04 temporary deferred problem. Checked all authentications are good, IPs are not blacklisted and content is also good.

Getting delays for Yahoo email deliveries: Error: 421 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from ***.***.***.*** temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1; see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN3434.html. The Yahoo help link is vague and their bulk sender's form is basically an automated reply.
Since the install of the new firewalls (I don't know whether this is related or not, but the Yahoo thing started happening straight after the change), we have been getting this error message when trying to send email to Yahoo's mail servers: 421 4.7.0 [TSS04] messages from x.x.x.x temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1
