13 Φεβ 2017 · As with most Balsa USA kits, the manual has a ton of helpful tips and tricks written into it to help you along with your builds. Here is a list of the things that they suggest you grab before your get started.
The Manual they give you in the new kit is first class and better than the 2 pages of instructions included with the original. Will be spending a day or two reading the instructions, studying the plans, and figuring out how to convert it to electric and still keep it around 4 lbs.

27 Φεβ 2017 · Kit Building - Balsa USA Smoothie XL Build - Once I got the wing servo mounts installed I moved on to the fuselage by adding the turtledeck formers and stringers. I then finish sanded the entire fuelage down to 320 grit (it's easier to do this without the tail installed).
