The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), founded in 1926, is the world-governing body of the sport of table tennis with 226 member Associations in the world. RULES OF TABLE TENNIS OVERVIEW Scoring A match is played either best of 3, 5 or 7 games pending Event played with winner declared after winning either 2 games (if best of 3), 3 games (if best of 5) or 4 games (if best of 7). For each game, the first player to reach 11 points wins that game, however a game must be won by at least a two point margin.
