16 Αυγ 2016 · going home last night I noticed the battery not charging message and the battery light would come on for 10 seconds and then go off for 3-4 seconds. this cycle repeated itself for the rest of the drive home for about 30 minutes.

29 Ιουν 2016 · If the battery charges, but charge is weak or the battery does not hold the charge, the battery has likely reached its EOL, or End of Life. If the battery does not charge, battery may be defective or has reached its End of Life.
25 Ιαν 2023 · The iPod/Bluetooth interface was the culprit. Apparently the capacitor inside got a voltage spike when I replaced the battery and wasn't discharging. So tech support had me short the capacitor to discharge it. Hooked everything back up and all is good again.
Generally those are the symptoms of a bad battery -- as for why the battery would've gone bad in the first place, you'd want to check the alternator. However, you seemed to say that the battery was just fine.
