22 Νοε 2018 · BBO was fine with customer service but I just about wanted to kill the freight company. Took a day off of work to be at home for delivery, they didn’t show up until 7 at night, then the dude didn’t want to wait while I opened it and said he wouldn’t take it back if it was damaged.

Terrible customer service. I tried calling this company for 3 days straight during the week and not a single soul would pick up the phone. I left messages and no response for 3 days. By then, I discover that in order to receive my poker table on time, I need to pay an additional $300 dollars.
