The worst customer service. I purchased a Sony Bravia from Beach Camera through Walmart.com. Their "two-day" promised delivery is a day less that the time it took them to ship. The "free shipping" uses the cheapest service from the least reliable shipping company in the USA.
The "free shipping" uses the cheapest service from the least reliable shipping company in the USA. A week later, no one knows when the TV will be delivered and the customer service agent doesn't have the tools, experience or motivation to resolve problems. Beach Camera should be considered a merchant of last resort.

7 Νοε 2007 · Based on their great prices, I assumed they were going to be a scam-laden, gray-market operation. That was not the case. Not sure how their post-purchase customer service is-- I never had to use it!
