I once got 3 mastery amulets as a drop from him from a single battle. This boss seems to have the best drop rates for the mastery amulets and even amber imo.
Aquila overall is a kinda meh world. The nice thing about it though, is all the dungeons have a secret boss, and they (especially Gladiator and Cronus) drop really good items. but you don’t have that much of a real story, but it drops GODLY gear.
