I personally like 3DMark Time Spy for clocks and Ethereum mining for VRAM. 3dmark firestrike ultra on loop and prime95 smallFFT for CPU testing. (sometimes 3dmark goes cheap on steam) There's no single perfect stability test. Running benchmarks in lower res for higher fps might show instability sooner.
