Hold off on Sacred Gold/Storm Silver cause he's developing a rehash of those hacks. Pokemon Gaia. Any of the Kaizo hacks if you're into that sorta stuff.
The list of hacks I already know about and have include: Unbound, Glazed, Brown and Prism, Crystal Clear, FireRed Rocket Edition (I think that's what that one is called, it's the "play as a Team Rocket member" hack), Gold/Silver '97 Reforged, and Giratina Strikes Back.

I know this is an old thread but I was also looking around, and thought I'd share one, it's CTGP nitro for Mario Kart DS, adds courses and skins for characters.
3 Φεβ 2021 · Probably for the best since some of the planned content was starting to get weird. Sonic 3 complete is pretty good too. If you want a hack that attempts to make a new game, I don't know what to suggest, I find most hacks that try to make new games are really poorly designed or way too hard to be enjoyable by anyone other than speed runners seeking a challenge.

I'd say Blaze Black & Volt White 1, Blaze Black & Volt White 2, Sacred Gold & Storm Silver and Flawless Platinum. They're all overhauls to the Vanilla Games, allowing you to catch all the Pokémon, enhanced difficulty and such.

5 Αυγ 2017 · Drayano has made some good enhancement hacks. Sacred Gold and Storm Silver are hacks of HeartGold and SoulSilver that allow you to catch every Pokemon up through 4th Gen. It is also a difficulty boost hack. He also made Blaze Black/Volt White and Blaze Black 2/Volt White 2 which are the same as SG and SS but for B/W 1/2.
28 Απρ 2022 · Put a .nds file on your 3DS under /roms/nds/. Launch TwilightMenu++. It should boot up a menu which looks like a DSi. Navigate to your game and click it to boot it up. (optional) Create a 3DS forwarder with a 3DS forwarder app to turn your .nds roms into clickable tiles on the 3DS main menu, bypassing the need to open Twilightmenu++.
