Try retroarch and if not use ePSXe stand alone. For ps2: again haven't tried retroarch but pcsx2 is good. For ps3: another one I don't emulate but there's a retroarch core and a standalone emulator called rspc3 or something. For ps4: again another one I don't emulate because its current and not legal IMO.
A couple of years later I also have flushed out using current Android emulators. See below for recommendations and ideas on other emulation options for cheaper than a PC.
