11 Μαρ 2015 · Rain Dance; Volt Switch; Electrode is an amazing anti-lead! First use Taunt to cripple any hazard setters. Then use Rain Dance to get up Rain weather up. Thunder is great STAB and has amazing accuracy under Rain. Volt Switch is good for switching out. I'd recommend the Bulky Spread because it enables Electrode to set up Rain more often.

Rain Dance (Japanese: あまごい Rain Prayer) is a non-damaging Water-type move introduced in Generation II. It is: TM18 from Generation II to Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, and in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. TM33 in Pokémon Sword and Shield. TM050 in Generation IX.
