If you're looking for a vanilla ROM to nuzlocke, I'd recommend either Fire Red or Emerald. Both are fairly forgiving. I also found Black 2 to be easy, but I think I just got lucky. If you're looking for a Romhack, Pokemon Unbound and Pokemon Gaia are both great.
I'd really recommend the Trashlocke version of Emerald by PChal. It's base emerald, but you can only catch "bad" pokemon, so the knowledge of the base game comes in handy while using a ton of pokemon you would probably never use otherwise. Nice challenge as a nuzlocke.

24 Ιουν 2019 · There aren't that many hacks that utilize the game boy era, but this is the best one. Note: you might have to play Brown version (a hack of Red) to get some idea of Prism lore, but it is entirely optional. As for a minor slice of life hack, Crystal Clear is a masterpiece.
