3 of Consort's mods stick out to me -- Age, Grow, and Sixpack. These add realism to the game -- Age makes it so adults and elders visibly age over time, Grow makes it so babies through teens grow over time, and Sixpack allows you to update a sims' appearance based on their level of fitness.
