Ultimately, I would expect a good warrior to be able to hit gladiator pretty easily in 2s with druid, 3s with a couple of comps, and 5s with many comps. Pushing top 5 to rank 1 is where the smallest of details and mistakes become pretty evident.

You should mix and match gear depending on what you have available if you do not have everything shown below. Aim to maintain 5% Hit Rating with whichever gear or gems you can possibly wear.
It's nothing inherently wrong with making a video guide. But calling it the ULTIMATE PVP WARRIOR GUIDE and then have really basic information with questionable tips and reasoning seems wrong to me.
