Blackout is a free-roam 'streets' Roblox experience, designed to set itself astray from other experiences of the same genre with new and redone mechanics. 16 Αυγ 2022 · Timmy will tell you to visit Beginner Zone, which is located nearby, to start leveling up your character faster. Each piece of equipment in the package is based on an existing item, is slotless and account bound. As of July 20, 2022 patch, new characters will automatically receive beginner equipment.
Factions are a minor Game Mechanic, presenting two factions fighting over the Blackout District: Rebels and Vultures. Both of these factions are hostile against each other and neutral players.
