I have a BME 116 extreme with lightened crank that I sent in, in the middle of the season last year to get the updated reed block and carb. Tom turned it around in a week.

  4. Gas Engines - BME Service - Disgusting - HELP, it's been over 3 months that I sent my engine to BME (October 16th to be exact), and Keith does not bother to reply to my emails, never picks up his phone and basically doesn't seem to care about his customers.
