Tom pretty much answers this number every single time i call >>>> 1-620-321-0065. I never had any luck with that other number on the website. Re: Help with BME engine. I have a BME 116 extreme with lightened crank that I sent in, in the middle of the season last year to get the updated reed block and carb. Tom turned it around in a week.
Gas Engines - BME Service - Disgusting - HELP, it's been over 3 months that I sent my engine to BME (October 16th to be exact), and Keith does not bother to reply to my emails, never picks up his phone and basically doesn't seem to care about his customers.
I have two BME gas engines and I have e-mailed with no response, called the number on the website several times during business hours and it just rings with no answer or voice mail. I need parts or I need to sell my BMEs and buy a differant brand....
Gas Engines - Is BME still in business? - Anybody knows if this engine company is still operating? I have no received replies to several mails I have sent to their support. Post in the BME 115 thread seem to suggest there is no support anymore. Does anybody have a qualified answer? Has spoken to Mike/Keith?
