Hello, I've got the following two codes. 120208 Charging pressure control; plausibility Pressure too high. 120408 Charging pressure control; Switch-off as consequence. I've thrown a new wastegate pressure converter in the car, but still have the code, it was weird.

30 Οκτ 2016 · Next day scanned and found codes 120208 (charging pressure control, plausibility pressure too high) and 120408 (charging pressure control, deactivation: pressure build-up blocked. Car history: before selling the car last owner took it to BMW, changed oil and filters, rear tires and spark plugs.

28 Δεκ 2021 · My 2015 N55 PWG is throwing the following codes: 1. 120408 - Charging pressure control: Switch-off as consequential reaction. 2. 121533 Charging pressure - Ambient pressure, comparison: Charging pressure too low. The valve cover gasket was recently replaced and it's throwing those codes.

28 Οκτ 2016 · The vacuum lines to the pressure converter were installed backwards. This causes vacuum pressure to not release and the boost pressure too high fault as well as the deactivation fault are stored. Reverse the lines at the pressure converter and this will correct your problem.
21 Μαΐ 2022 · I GOT CODES 120308 (BOOST PRESSURE CONTROL, PLAUSIBILITY: PRESSURE TOO LOW) AND 120408 (BOOST PRESSURE CONTROL: SHUTDOWN AS A FOLLOW-UP REACTION) THESE CODES APPEAR RIGHT AFTER GOING INTO LIMP MODE (DRIVE TRAIN MALFUNCTION).
