2 Απρ 2022 · I took the car to a good mechanic/electrician ans they confirmed that the actuator was actually faulty. They traced the wires from the actuator to the glovebox fusebox and the fuse was fried. They replaced it but soon after it got fried again.

My active grille is not working, and it is driving me crazy. Getting these two codes from ISTA: 1) LIN Bus, message; radiator blind, top; missing. 2) Signal (status, cooling flap, brake, front axle, 257.6.8) invalid, transmitter DME/DDE.

At the end I found out it's a issue with the following code CD9203 Mechanic's Assistant: Does the light stay on, or does it blink? Customer: Stay on Mechanic's Assistant: What is the model/year of your BMW?
CD9003 - might be the only code missing from service manual. Only one site has info on it (bmwfault.codes) and it is still pretty vague. No idea how to troubleshoot the LIN (local interconnect network) or even where to begin.

28 Μαΐ 2024 · Also, I notice your error codes CD9203, and CD8D2C are both on the same LIN bus. This could mean that both items (electric fan and shutter actuators) do not have logic power. See wiring below.
