3. Fiberglass Resin. Fiberglass resin offers optimal strength; this makes it ideal for fixing large dents or fractures in wooden boats or countertops made from stone composites using fiberglass mesh cloth reinforcement.
Obtain special instructions before use. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces.
Bondo® Liquid Resin for Fiberglass Filler instructions: Step 1: For repairing cracks in fiberglass: Sand in and around the damaged area with 80 grit sandpaper, removing any gel coat, paint, primer, and debris. Clean again with a low VOC compliant cleaner and allow to dry.
