13 Νοε 2016 · I have 2 Bonita Ash trees that were planted about a year ago. Im having an issue with spotting on some of the leaves and new growth disappearing - bugs I assume. One of the trees has grown better and is a little healthier than the other.
Diseases that can cause problems include ash decline (a phytoplasma) which can cause leaf discoloration and small branch dieback, emerald ash borer, and the Eriophyes fraxinivorus mite which attacks ash flowers.
'Bonita' is a rounded to spreading, deciduous tree with leathery, velvety, pinnate leaves divided into seven tapered, lance-shaped, dark green leaflets turning yellow-orange in autumn.
